Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping options

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Express: 1–2 business days after shipment

Shipping rates are calculated by order weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@pitchsignal.com with your order number and we will make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
