Team subscriptions
Pitch Signal subscriptions are team-based, not user-based.
Each team subscription allows the Team Owner to invite unlimited coaches, staff, and players. Any member of the team can participate in active sessions and receive game signals on their supported device.
There are no per-user fees. Only one subscription is required for each team.
Subscription pricing
One price per team. No per-user fees.
A Team Administrator can purchase a subscription at pitch-signal.com/subscribe. Subscriptions can also be purchased directly within the Pitch Signal app by selecting Team Info → Subscribe.
Managing multiple teams
Users may create and manage as many teams as needed. For example, a coach can manage both a High School team and a Travel Ball team under the same account. Each team maintains its own:
Coaches, players, and staff
Every team has its own roster of members.
Sessions and game history
Sessions are saved to the team they were played with.
Scouting reports
Reports stay with the team that built them.
Team settings
Each team is configured on its own.
Because each team operates independently, each team requires its own subscription.
Questions about the app
Do I pay for each coach or player?
No. Subscriptions are team-based, not user-based. The Team Owner can invite unlimited coaches, staff, and players, and there are no per-user fees.
Can I manage more than one team?
Yes. You can create and manage as many teams as you need under the same account. Because each team operates independently, each team requires its own subscription.
Where do I buy a subscription?
A Team Administrator can purchase one at pitch-signal.com/subscribe, or inside the Pitch Signal app under Team Info → Subscribe.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Subscriptions purchased on the website or on Android can be set to renew automatically. iOS subscriptions currently require manual renewal when they expire, and you will get a reminder before the subscription ends.
